The high court of Australia ruled that the original constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia 1901 Is our highest law and it has never been repealed.

This constitution was based on the Commonwealth of Australia constitution act of 1900 UK imperial.

Under this law (Common Law, the law of the land ) every single law and act of parliament that was passed and enacted under the amended and fake constitution after 1973 is constitutionally illegal and invalid.

To make any changes to the constitution a successful referendum must ensue.

All new laws should be put to the people for validation by way of referendum.

The failure to do this without the consent of the people is an act of treason.

There has been no lawfully appointed Government since Federation, thanks to Western Australia, they were the last state to join the Federation before our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution 1901 was proclaimed and Gazetted.

Before Federation,
there were only 6 colonies of England here.

Queen Victoria set these Constitutions under her letters patents, which means that only a Monarch re: Herself before her death could alter them or remove them, and those monarchs of England after her gained that privilege while they were on the throne of England and at present it is King Charles III of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who holds these letters patents.

So, Western Australia removed 32 Clauses from their original Constitution prior to Federation, without approval from Queen Victoria, thus breaching the Letters patent and thus annulled Western Australia as a lawful.

There were only 5 lawful States.

Now when you read the Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and Gazetted, to hold a Federal Election it clearly says that the candidates must be picked from the 6 States of the Commonwealth, but we only have 5 Lawful States at federation, so!

Therefore there could not be an election held to form a Federal Government from then until now as there must be 6 lawful States involved in a Federal Election.

s. 128 of our 1901 Constitution says that the only way our Constitution can be altered is through s.128 via a referendum.

But even if there was a referendum it would be invalid because only a Monarch can Change the letters patent.

Since Federation all the States have removed their original Constitutions under letters patents without the Consent of our Monarchs since federation.

Therefore there are no Lawful State Legislatures or Federal Legislatures.

All sit in treason.

Also, these unlawful Legislatures sign up to many foreign powers without asking the people via s.128.

And by doing so they breached s 44 of the Constitution Act 1901 as proclaimed and gazetted, and also clause 5 of the preamble to our constitution.

There are no such entities as governments, prime ministers, premiers, chief ministers or Magistrates, and the ACT and the Northern Territory do not exist in Constitutional law, there had to be referendums carried out for those possibilities.

A nationwide referendum was held in 1999 on whether Australia should become a republic and remove the Crown.

All states and the Northern Territory recorded majority “NO” votes

WORLD WAR II

1942-1943
As a Wartime measure, the Federal Government gained sole control over Australian Income Tax. Labor Prime Minister ( Ben Chifley ) introduced three bills to establish the National Welfare Fund, to be financed by a Compulsory Contribution (levy) of one and sixpence in the Pound (20/- ) on all personal income.

1946
Opposition Leader ( Robert Menzies ) stated that the Compulsory Contribution (levy) should be kept completely separate. That it should be shown separately on the Taxation Assessment and paid straight into a “TRUST” account and not mixed with the General Revenue.

Menzies said “The stigma of charity should be removed from the Age Pension.” ”It should be an entitlement earned ny the person’s personal contribution to the fund.”

Prime Minister Chifley agreed and established The National Welfare fund as at 1/1/1946. A “Trust” Fund with the Parliament as “Trustee.”

The Compulsory Contributions (levy) commenced as at 1st January 1946.

It was shown separately on the personal Tax Assessments for 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949 and 1950

and the compulsory levy was properly paid straight into the Special “Trust” fund and Welfare claims were paid out of the fund.

The balance in the fund in 1950 was almost 100 Million Pounds.

1949 Robert Menzies became Prime Minister and he introduced Bills to amend the acts governing the National Welfare Funds.

The Compulsory Contributions (levy) was then grouped with the Taxation Assessment and appeared as one amount on the Taxation Assessments and was paid as one straight into the Consolidated Revenue Account.

1951-1985
The Compulsory levy of 7.5% now included in the tax continued to be collected and placed in the Consolidated Revenue Account treated as General Revenue and spent, until 1985.

1974-1975
Labor Prime Minister ( Gough Whitlam ) abolished income test for all persons 70 years of age and over and paid pensions to all people over that age.

1975
Liberal Prime Minister ( Malcolm Fraser ) cancelled the Withlam achievement of abolishing the test for all 70 years of age and over.

1977
Liberal Prime Minister ( Malcolm Fraser ) with Treasurer Philip Lynch ) transferred the balance in the Welfare Fund Account ( approximately $ 470.000.000 ) to Consolidated Revenue Account.

1985
Australian Labor Government repealed acts No. 39, 40, and 41 of 1945 ( The National Welfare Fund Acts ).

Thus the funds finally ceased to exist yet the 7.5% levy continued to be collected as a proportion of the Income Tax revenue. It also introduced the (much maligned) Income and Asset Tests, thereby excluding millions of levy and tax paying Australians from receiving Social Services Pensions.

This money these self funded contributions paid as a percentage of the total income tax collections are today worth far more than the amount of means tested pensions paid out.

Actuaries have calculated the non-means tested entitlement due to each retiree, today is in excess of $500 per week.

This surely debunks the politicians claim that the generation are paying a proportion of their current taxes to cover the payments made to pensioners.

The obvious short fall has been swallowed by the government’s Taxation Black Hole.

So what’s going on in Australia — it’s very curious. At the very least, I don’t hear Australian health authorities talking about 18% excess mortality.

And it’s across all age groups.”

Ed doesn’t pretend to know the answer.

I don’t know what went on in Australia; I’m focused on the US.

I’m sure there’s a story that tells a little bit about why we’re seeing this and why the elderly are being more adversely affected than the young.

In Europe and the US, it’s mostly the young.

“Because an insurance executive at One America, Scott Davison, on the results of his company not blaming the vaccine, of course, said that a 10% excess mortality in young folks is a once-in-a-200-year flood, a three standard deviation. 40% is off the charts.

And it doesn’t look like it’s levelling off.

It looks like it’s continuing to rise.”

At the local level, here where I live, there were also public hearings at the state capitol but the local media was also silent.
