An International Law, <\/span><\/strong> The term is used to designate the right under which a ship owner, who sends his vessel into a foreign port, gives notice by his flag to all who enter into contracts with the ship master that he intends the Law of that Flag to regulate those contracts, and that they must either submit to its operation or not contract with him or his agent at all.\u201d (Ruhstrat v. People, 57 NE 41).<\/span><\/p>\n Registration: When you \u201cregister\u201d yourself, you \u201crecord formally and exactly\u2026 in a list or the like,\u201d with a Registrar. A \u201cregistrar\u201d is \u201can officer who has the custody and charge of keeping of a registry or register.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n What really is a \u201cregistry?\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cGenerally, a \u2018registry\u2019 applies to vessels in foreign commerce\u2026\u2026\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n When we register ourselves, we have recreated ourselves as vessels in foreign commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n Flag: Everything moving in commerce is a vessel: space ships, satellites, sea-going ships, planes, busses, automobiles, the mails, persons and believe it or not \u2013 contracts.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Just as a ship must fly a flag to designate its nationality\/laws of contract, your paperwork needs to display a flag in order to establish who you are and what law you will use to contract.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Stamp: All vessels charge a freight fee to deliver their cargo.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Likewise we must pay a freight fee as the authority to deliver our cargo, i.e.: the paperwork we send needs to have a stamp on it.<\/span><\/p>\n The paper is the vessel, the words are the cargo, the flag designates the law and the stamp shows that we have paid the fee to deliver our cargo.<\/span><\/p>\n Place the colored flag in the upper left hand corner as you are looking at the page (the Bonnie Blue is what I use) and place a dollar stamp in the upper right hand corner.<\/span><\/p>\n Write your autograph over the stamp to cancel it thus making you the postmaster.<\/span><\/p>\n Whatever flag you choose to use, remember not to use a gold-fringed flag as that is under their jurisdiction and not your common law jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p>\n Registered: Use registered mail to identify your vessel.<\/span><\/p>\n This places your document\/vessel into international law and gives it recognition in international commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n This is another assertion that you are in fact foreign to the jurisdiction they are trying to place you under.<\/span><\/p>\n This number now becomes the case number for any and all paperwork related to the first document sent.<\/span><\/p>\n Jolly Roger: If you come upon a flag that is not recognized in international law, it is a pirate flag.<\/span><\/p>\n Anything attached to a Title 4 USC 1, 2 Flag (i.e.: gold fringe) mutilates the Flag and under Title 4 USC 3 carries a one-year prison term.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The gold fringe is an added color and represents \u201ccolor of law\u201d when placed upon the Title 4 USC Flag.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The fringe is a mutilation; it suspends the Constitution and establishes \u201ccolor of law.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The gold-fringed flag that utilizes color of law and portends to be the American flag is NOT the American flag of peace.<\/span><\/p>\n It is a pirate flag and it is your warning as to whom\/what you are about to do business with.<\/span><\/p>\n Army Regulation 260-10 states that the gold fringe may be used only on regimental \u201ccolors,\u201d the President\u2019s flag, for a military courts martial and for the flags used at military recruiting centers.<\/span><\/p>\n Courts:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The flag in court is the court\u2019s advertisement of the laws governing their contracts.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n If you do not wish to contract with these courts, then jurisdiction must be challenged. In order to correctly challenge jurisdiction you must remember [Girty vs. Logan, 6 Bush KY 8] which states: \u201cIt is an elementary rule of pleading, that a plea to the jurisdiction is a tacit admission that the court has a right to judge in the case and is a waiver to all exception to the jurisdiction.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Which means that if you plea \u2013 you have waived your rights to challenge jurisdiction. It is important to note that this District is not inclusive to the Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n That is, it is not inside the Republic, it is outside (an Exclusive Jurisdiction).<\/span><\/p>\n It is by virtue of this that laws for this jurisdiction do not generally meet, nor have any obligation to meet, constitutional restrictions or limitations.<\/span><\/p>\n In other words, Congress may make any law it wishes for this jurisdiction without regard for constitutionality.<\/span><\/p>\n And they have done so.<\/span><\/p>\n In effect, this gives Congress a dual character. District of Columbia.<\/span><\/p>\n 1868 \u2013 The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Generally most people view this as the amendment which freed the slaves, who, up to this time, were denied standing in court due to lack of citizenship status.<\/span><\/p>\n The status of United States citizenship, which is mentioned for the first time here in law, and provided by this Amendment, gains its existence in the laws of the District, and it is in this jurisdiction that this citizenship rests, not in the Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n The citizen of the Republic is the State Citizen, since the several States retained their independent nation status even with the signing of the Constitution.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n That is why the constitution clearly states the relationship of the several states as a UNION.<\/span><\/p>\n Therefore a United States citizen would be subject to the laws of the District as well as the Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n In 1871 Congress exercised its exclusive legislative authority over the District and created a government for this jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p>\n It is a corporation, municipal in nature, but still a corporation.<\/span><\/p>\n The actual language reads as follows:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThat all that part of the territory of the United States included within the limits of the District of Congress have been playing politics under a different set of rules and policies. The American people do not know that there are two Constitutions in the United States.<\/p>\n The first penned by the leaders of the newly independent states of the United States in 1776.<\/p>\n On July 4, 1776, the people claimed their independence from the Crown (temporal authority of the Roman Catholic Pope) and Democracy was born.<\/p>\n The Congress realized that the country was in dire financial straits, so they made a financial deal with the devil \u2013 the Crown, (a.k.a. City of London Corporation \u2013 est. by the Catholic Church on Jan 1, 1855 ), thereby incurring a DEBT<\/strong> to the Pope.<\/p>\n The conniving Pope and his bankers were not about to lend the floundering nation any money without some serious stipulations.<\/p>\n So, they devised a way of taking back control of the United States and thus, the Act of 1871 was passed.<\/p>\n With no constitutional authority to do so, Congress created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia.<\/p>\n With the passage of \u201cthe Act of 1871\u201d a city-state, (a state within a state), called the District of Columbia located on 10 square miles of land in the heart of Washington was formed with its own flag and its own independent constitution \u2013 the United States\u2019 secret second constitution.<\/p>\n The flag of Washington\u2019s District of Columbia has 3 red stars, each symbolizing a city-state within the three-city empire. The three city empire consists of Washington D.C (the D.C. stands for District of Columbia)., City of London Corporation, and Vatican City State.<\/p>\n City of London Corporation is the corporate center of the three city-states and controls the world economically.<\/p>\n Washington D.C. is in charge of the military, and the Vatican controls it all under the guise of spiritual guidance.<\/p>\n Although geographically separate, the city states of City of London Corporation, the Vatican and the District of Columbia are one interlocking empire called \u201cEmpire of the City\u201d<\/p>\n The constitution for the District of Columbia operates under tyrannical Vatican law known as \u201cLex Fori\u201d (local law).<\/p>\n When congress illegally passed the act of 1871, it created a corporation known as THE UNITED STATES<\/strong> and a separate form of government for the District of Columbia.<\/p>\n This treasonous act has unlawfully allowed the District of Columbia to operate as a corporation outside the original constitution of the United States and in total disregard of the best interests of the American citizens.<\/p>\n The POTUS governs with a Board of Directors (cabinet officials) and managers (Senators and Congressmen\/women).<\/p>\n Barack Obama, as others before him, was POTUS \u2014 operating as \u201cvassal king\u201d \u2013 taking orders once again from \u201cThe Crown\u201d through the RIIA (Royal Institute of International Affairs).<\/p>\n The Illuminati (founded by the The Society of Jesus or Jesuits, the largest Roman Catholic Religious Military Order headed by the Black Pope) created the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA) in 1919.<\/p>\n The American equivalent to the RIIA is the Council of Foreign Relations (CFR). The RIIA and CFR set up Round Table Groups (based on the King Arthur myths).<\/p>\n It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic.<\/p>\n It does not! Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document.<\/p>\n This seemingly \u201cminor\u201d alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans.<\/p>\n What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED<\/strong> government.<\/p>\n Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the organic U.S. Constitution, We the People, now have \u201crelative\u201d rights or privileges.<\/p>\n One example is the Sovereign\u2019s (the People) right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a \u201cprivilege\u201d that requires citizens to be licensed \u2013 driver\u2019s licenses and U.S. Passports.<\/p>\n By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON<\/strong> against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n The Act of 1871 became the FOUNDATION<\/strong> of all the treason since committed by government officials.<\/p>\n As of 1871 the United States isn\u2019t a Country; it\u2019s a Corporation! In preparation for stealing America, the puppets of Roman Catholic Pope\u2019s banking cabal had already created a second government, a Shadow Government designed to manage what \u201cthe People\u201d believed was a democracy, but what really was an incorporated UNITED STATES.<\/strong><\/p>\n Together this chimera, this two-headed monster, disallowed \u201cWe the People\u201d all rights of sui juris. King James I, is not just famous for translating the Bible into \u201cThe King James Version\u201d, but for signing the \u201cFirst Charter of Virginia\u201d in 1606 \u2014 which granted America\u2019s British forefathers license to settle and colonize America.<\/p>\n The charter guaranteed the future German Roman Catholic Kings\/Queens of England would have sovereign authority over all citizens and colonized land in America.<\/p>\n After America declared independence from the Crown, the Treaty of Paris, signed on September 3, 1783 was signed.<\/p>\n That treaty identifies the German Roman Catholic King of England as prince of U.S. \u201cPrince George the Third, by the grace of God, king of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, defender of the faith, duke of Brunswick (Germany\u2019s Brunswick) and Lunebourg (Germany\u2019s Lunebourg), arch- treasurer and prince elector of the Holy Roman Empire (Roman Catholic Church) etc., and of the United States of America\u201c\u2013 completely contradicting premise that America won The War of Independence.<\/p>\n It is agreed that Congress shall earnestly recommend it to the legislatures of the respective states to provide for the restitution of all estates, rights, and properties, which have been confiscated belonging to real British subjects; and also of the estates, rights, and properties of persons resident in districts in the possession on his Majesty\u2019s arms and who have not borne arms against the said United States.<\/p>\n And that persons of any other description shall have free liberty to go to any part or parts of any of the thirteen United States and therein to remain twelve months unmolested in their endeavors to obtain the restitution of such of their estates, rights, and properties as may have been confiscated; and that Congress shall also earnestly recommend to the several states a reconsideration and revision of all acts or laws regarding the premises, so as to rights.<\/p>\n It is becoming increasingly apparent to American citizens that government is no longer being conducted in accordance with the U.S. Constitution, or, within states, according to state constitutions.<\/p>\n While people have recognized for more than 150 years that the rich and powerful, and often corrupt individual officials, exert undue influence to get legislation passed that favors their interests, most Americans still cling to the naive belief that such corruption is exceptional, and that most of the institutions of society, the courts, the press, and law enforcement agencies, still largely comply with the Constitution and the law in important matters.<\/p>\n They expect that these corrupting forces are disunited and in competition with one another, so that they tend to balance one another.<\/p>\n Mounting evidence makes it clear that the situation is far worse than most people think, that during the last several decades the U.S. Constitution has been effectively overthrown, and that it is now observed only as a fa\u00e7ade to deceive and placate the masses.<\/p>\n What has replaced it is what many call the Shadow Government \u2013 created with the
