Belief in “Authority”
The most dangerous religion
we’ve bought into
To perceive someone (or a group of people) as “authority” is essentially to place them above the objective moral standard… to deify them.
Consider the word itself: AUTHOR-ity. What does an author do? They write. In your subconscious mind, you’re thinking “they make things right… they are the RIGHTERS.”
That’s how mind control works through words.
And people never see it because they don’t stop to even break down a word or consider where it came from.
So, we believe “authority” WRITES what is “RIGHT,” basically saying “I decide and write down what Right is and what Wrong is.”
In other words, “I am a god.”
And then they call their arbitrary decrees “legislation” or “laws” which keep all of us in a constant state of duress.
If we don’t abide by those decrees (most of which are NOT in alignment with Natural Law), we are threatened with violence.
And what is that called, without euphemising? SLAVERY.
THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS “AUTHORITY”
VESTED IN ANY MORTAL BEING.
Believing that other human beings are “authority” is nothing more than deification, placing them above human and believing them to have a god-like power to decide what morality is and isn’t, therefore believing them to have special “rights” to rule and command while the rest of us have a moral obligation to obey.
They do believe themselves to be gods.
That is their mentality.
This is what they truly believe they are – our rightful gods, owners, and masters – and that we are “morally” obligated to give them tribute (taxes), adoration, servitude; and our lives and souls.
This false, delusional belief in “authority” has served as a massive hinderance to our Conscience where we end up falsely justifying and condoning immoral behavior in the name of “the greater good.”
There’s a difference between adhering to the direction of someone you work for (due to their greater skill and knowledge) and seeing someone as a master/ruler that you must obey under duress and threats of violence.
That kind of “authority” is completely immoral and illegitimate. It’s the ideology of a psychopath.
If a thug comes up to you on the street with a gun and demands your property, do you perceive that thug as an “authority” of any kind?
No.
If rightfully armed you would defend yourself and your property from the thug.
If unarmed, you may only hand over your property out of self-preservation.
You wouldn’t believe that you had a moral obligation to give them your money.
But if government demands a portion of your money under coercion and says “it’s for the common good,” you pay willingly.
You perceive them as “authority,” and therefore believe they must be obeyed, that being a “law-abiding citizen” makes you a good person.
Imagine if you didn’t perceive them as “authority.”
Would you give up that money then?
Or would you defend yourself and your property from this group of thugs coercing you and threatening you with violence for not complying?
“To make a contented slave, you must make a thoughtless one.
It is necessary to darken his moral and mental vision, and, as far as possible, to annihilate his power of reason.
He must be able to detect no inconsistencies in slavery.
The man that takes his earnings must be able to convince him that he has a perfect right to do so.
It must not depend upon mere force; the slave must know no Higher Law than his master’s will.

Again, this erroneous belief in “authority” interferes with our exercise of Conscience.
So much violence and other immoral behavior is excused, justified, and condoned because of it.
They want us to believe that the world would be in chaos if they weren’t here to protect us.
This is 100% delusion.
When we, as a species, abandon this false belief we will begin to see a world returning to Order because more people would be exercising their conscience where they typically didn’t.
Government cannot protect you from Violence and Chaos because government IS Violence and Chaos.
What about democracy?
A democracy is a system of rule by a majority, that 51% of a population gets to declare what is or isn’t Right/Moral while the remaining 49% must abide by those decrees.
It’s the same immoral “logic” as any other form of rulership.
A majority cannot legitimately rule anymore than a single person can legitimately rule, nor can they decide for themselves what Morality is or what Rights are.
The individual rules himself/herself, period, under the Laws of Nature.
The belief in “authority” is the false abdication of personal responsibility, giving your power away to someone else to protect you or nurture you.
This is a child’s view, not the view of a mature and evolved adult.
We are responsible for our own Freedom, our own safety and security.
When you falsely give that responsibility away you are basically saying to yourself and everyone else, “I am not a sovereign being, I am a subject to someone else’s will.”
If we the people have no “right” to steal from others, assault them, murder them, coerce them, rape them, trespass on their private domain, or maliciously deceive them, then no one has that “right.”
There is no such thing as “authority” vested in any amount of human beings to rule, therefore ALL government is immoral and illegitimate.
The belief in “authority” and “government” is nothing more than a dogmatic religious belief, and it’s the most dangerous one.
It is the ideology of a psychopath.
To believe in or condone these things IS to believe in and condone slavery.
We are Sovereign Beings.
The word ‘sovereign’ comes from the Latin super meaning “above” and regnum meaning “rulership or control.”
Therefore, a Sovereign is NOT A SLAVE.
Not a physical slave nor a mental slave.
To be sovereign is to be above rulership, a free being.
That’s what it means and what it has always meant.
You cannot express your sovereignty under anyone’s rule.
You cannot have Freedom and Government at the same time.
We’re here to experience, to grow, to learn and evolve, not to be stagnant under illusions of “authority.”
“GOVERNMENT” IS JUST ANOTHER RELIGION
The word ‘government’ comes from the Latin verb gubernare which means “to control” (also the root for the word ‘gubernatorial’), and the Latin noun mens, mentis which means “mind.”
Put them together.
In colloquial English, the suffix ‘-ment’ means “the state of or condition of,” but all things must first begin in the mind.
Those who formulated the English language knew this which is why they used the Latin word for “mind” to mean this.
All creation emerges first from thought.
So, if you want the world to be a certain way then you have to steer and control how people think.
If they think and believe what you want then that is the reality they will manifest.
So yes, “government” does mean mind control.
Through the control of our thoughts with false ideologies (religion, culture, statism, solipsism, scientism, and other erroneous and dogmatic beliefs) resulting in Wrong Action in the world, we are – as a species – manifesting a reality of suffering and slavery.
Statism – the belief that some people have the “right” to rule and command while the rest of us have a moral obligation to obey – is the most dangerous religion we’ve bought into.
Again, the belief in “government” is the relinquishing of personal responsibility to a higher power. It has rituals, dogma, commandments, punishments for “sin” and disobedience, and savior figures.
That’s why they tell you to “have faith in the system.”
It’s all just a religion… a mind-control cult that is based entirely in coercion and violence.
You have to get out of your mind the idea that “government” is about people coming together in mutual consent to plan, organize and manage community infrastructure.
That’s not government, that’s called Voluntary Cooperation.
That’s True Anarchy.
This idea that government’s purpose is to protect Freedom and Rights is just that, an idea.
It’s a construct of the mind, a belief system. It has never actually served that purpose because it’s not meant to serve that purpose.
That responsibility belongs to each and every human being, not to be falsely abdicated to some exclusive group and called “authority.”
Government is and always has been a control system of covert rulership / covert slavery.
It is the operational arm of the Dark Occult controllers to dictate commands that must be obeyed which are always followed by threats of violence if not complied with.
Believe and obey, or be punished.
That isn’t Freedom.
Kingship of the ancient past is the “Old World Order,” or “authority vested in one.”
What we have today called “government” is the “New World Order,” or “authority vested in few.”
Ultimately, nothing has really changed between those two periods of time. It’s still rulership – we’ve just euphemized it differently – therefore it’s still slavery.
You cannot have morally legitimate government because you cannot have morally legitimate slavery.
“Without government, who would build the roads?!”
People would, just as they always have, under Natural Law.
There would be more cooperation because we would have to actually be adult human beings with Response-Ability for our own lives and communities.
This idea that everything would just go to hell because “government” wasn’t there to manage everything is complete childish delusion.
Government doesn’t make anything function, people do. It’s time to grow up and evolve out of our childhood where we think we need a proxy mommy and daddy to take care of us and protect us.
We can handle it just fine on our own in Sovereignty.
And instead of being forced to pay taxes (legalized extortion), having no control over where that money is going, we would have voluntary contributions to projects and necessities to keep our communities functioning (until we fully abandon monetary systems).
Taxation isn’t necessary, it’s nothing but theft and slavery.
Do you own your own body?
Yes.
And since you own your body, you also own your skills, therefore you own your labor.
And if you own your labor then you absolutely own the product of that labor.
Since no one else owns your body, they cannot rightfully demand any arbitrarily decided percentage of the product of that labor to distribute as they see fit.
That’s theft.
Even if a portion of that money is going towards public welfare programs, it’s still theft.
And since you are put under duress and coercion to pay that percentage every year by thugs calling themselves “authority,” that’s slavery.
People will always be willing to contribute to things that they believe in.
There will always be voluntary charity.
There is no justification for theft no matter what someone claims the “greater good” is.
THE OBJECTIVE MORAL STANDARD
Human beings – when the belief in “government” and “authority” is abandoned – will no longer hold anyone above the objective moral standard and therefore will not tolerate violence.
They will take responsibility for their own defense, as well, instead of waiting on “authority” to show up when it’s too late.
Bad people will even reduce their wrong behavior; not because they are suddenly moral beings, but out of self-preservation, knowing that they won’t be able to get away with as much criminal behavior if the majority of people no longer depend on and believe in “authority” and “government” for protection (which more often protect the criminals over the innocents).
When human beings have awakened to and embraced their Sovereignty, and therefore understand and embrace their Response-Ability for protecting their own lives and freedom, the chance for suffering and chaos is reduced.
There will always be conflicts and real crime (not victimless “crime” based on arbitrary and immoral “laws”), but the belief in the myth of “authority” would no longer be there to get in the way of Conscience or to justify that behavior.
When most of society holds EVERYONE to the objective standard of Morality (Natural Law), that society becomes and remains Free, and Order emerges. No “government” has ever ensured that, nor will it ever, because that has never been its purpose.
It only exists in your mind, in the false belief that some people have a moral “right” to rule while everyone else has the moral obligation to obey.
That isn’t Order, that’s Chaos.
That’s Slavery.
And that’s the Satanic worldview.

POLITICAL ELECTION
GOVERNMENT MEANING:
The people’s power to vote
into political office
the people of their choice.
The hallmark of democracy.
The best way for the people
to control their government.
ACTUAL MEANING: The meaningless final step in the political process where the powers in or behind central governments manipulate their own hand-picked people into positions of power.
Many people think they will vote the world into changing.
As if no one needs to think for themselves and be responsible for their own lives; we just need to keep abdicating our personal responsibility and choose to have someone else represent us in life.
We just give up our power and decision making ability for our own behaviors to live in harmony, alignment and unison with Natural Law, and instead have someone else decide for us what we can and can’t do.
To control us, because we don’t want to control ourselves, because we don’t want to be masters of ourselves, because we don’t want to become true sovereigns united within ourselves and united with what is right, good and true.
The election ritual is the ostensible gesture used by central governments to keep their subjects pacified — allowing them to think, erroneously, that they can exercise control over their government.
The preposterous idea that people can somehow control their controllers has been subtly planted into the minds of the American public. The concept is impossible — but the people mindlessly continue to believe it nonetheless.
Political positions are created, filled, and controlled entirely by the elite super-rich, the news media, and covert powers (like the CIA).
They coerce, threaten, murder, and bribe people to keep politics carefully controlled. Politicians serve their masters (bankers), not the poor voters who are permitted to vote for select banker-owned hirelings.
Voting — like the Colosseum games in old Rome where spectators were allowed to vote (thumbs up, or thumbs down) as to whether the beaten contestant lived or died — only serves to pacify a corrupt people and entice them to participate in a corrupt system.
Political elections are designed to give government a veneer of legitimacy and keep it in power.
By receiving a privilege or benefit from the government, we are gaining the favor of rulers; but scripture says, “Many wait on the favor of rulers; but justice comes to a man from the LORD” (Proverbs 29:26).
In other words, those who look to the favor of governments will not really get justice, which is one reason why many people complain there is no justice in today’s courts, no matter WHO they vote for.
Why?
Because voting does not bring about justice, in brings about injustice! Why does in bring about injustice?
Because people do not “vote” to do God’s Will, they “vote” to have people do their own will, for selfish reasons, and the consequences of selfishness is always injustice.
There is nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9). This has to do with voluntary servitude.
If you turn your back on God you become servants to men.
When you go out and vote, you are saying, “I am a servant of men and I want these men to rule over me.”
Real change will never happen as a result of people voting, petitioning, campaigning or otherwise playing “politics”.
Instead, real change will take place only when the people actually dare to disobey, when people stop begging for the legislators’ legislative permission to be free and start thinking and acting like free people even when the ruling class has declared freedom “illegal.”
“Authority” is always in the eye of the beholder.
When the people stop imagining that a group of parasitic liars and thieves have the right to control them, only then will the people have any chance to free themselves from authoritarian oppression, not through begging and petitions, but through pure disobedience and resistance!

Truth and justice?
Freedom begins with a concept — a state of mind. The mind, once freed, then goes on to pursue physical freedom as well.
In John 8:32, Jesus states: “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
Freedom comes from truth, and cannot come from central government — itself being a fraud, and its methods primarily lies, tricks, and deceit.
Freedom for man is expressed perfectly in God’s law as it sets guidelines to protect one’s own freedom without violating the freedom of others.
God, by teaching us His law (truth), gave us the means for freedom.
Jesus reiterated it.
Truth leads us towards freedom and away from slavery.
Freedom, like truth, is not inherited.
It must be learned and preserved by each generation.
The pursuit of truth, freedom and happiness is every man’s birthright and individual responsibility.
It cannot be transferred or deferred to another or to a government.
People who don’t accept individual responsibility, and won’t strive for their own freedom, are known as slaves.
In this physical world of matter you either matter or you don’t.
You are either an individual or you are part of the group.
You are a freeman OR you are a slave.
You are either a sovereign monarch on this planet or a subject, which is it?
You either believe in absolute freedom, truth, and all it offers or you resonate with the fear of chaos and succumb to literally being an insignificant speck of mud.
I am here to inform you

The antithesis of Love is fear and the wealthy power brokers, lawyers, and unsuspecting shills aggressively promote this idea as a progressive policy when it is nothing of the such.
Much like prestige and sophistry, their policies have the surface “appearance” of beneficial” but the inner heart of deception to the core.
It is fallacious to “believe” we can accept “part” evil mixed into “part” good; the evil spoils the whole thing. This corresponds to part healthy diet to part unhealthy diet – the unhealthy portion spoils the whole basket.
So, it all boils down to either the acceptance of personal responsibility (our sovereign rulership of our own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, both internally and externally) or the abdication of that personal responsibility to an authority outside of ourselves (an external sovereign ruler – aka: a collectivist governing body).
We are either going to cry victim-hood from being duped and hoodwinked or come to understand how it is, exactly, that we are too blind to see that we are hoodwinked by investing our beliefs. We are blindfolded from understanding our true dominion on this physical plane.
And coming to the understanding of that truth requires focus and attention on the spiritual plane; the realm of causation where the binding of our minds into the control grid is presently taking place.
It is the abdication of our personal responsibility, from understanding that our complicity with “the system of control” in which we are “buying into” is what legitimizes it.
We are the one’s shining our lights into that dark world giving it life. We’re the one’s purchasing the story line and accepting it as a viable path.
We’re the one’s investing our energy and lives into this graven image of reality.
But who’s doing this to us again?
We are born into this world with the responsibility to learn the operations of nature’s laws, understand the balance between the laws and our free-will choices, and then consciously grow from that interplay in a positive, expansive way.
Our purpose is to learn what is good and true by removing the wrongs from the equation.
Period.
And if you have read any of my posts, you can come to understand quite clearly that it is your PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY (as an individual) to do this TASK with determination in your personal life IF YOU EVER wish to cultivate any actual freedom from authority.
Number 1 is to STOP believing in authority out there somewhere.
You are an individual with specific talents, skills, traits, personality, etc.
And you are extremely valuable.
Not as a human resource to this control grid chained around the Earth but to your fellow human being.
We literally need you to come out of your induced stupor of football, beer, and pizza to take up the most noble cause life has to offer – that of cultivating personal integrity, honesty, purity, sound reason, courage, conscience, care, empathy, compassion, and dominion over your thoughts, feelings, and deeds.
Number 2 is to STOP operating on your feelings.
Okay, so you feel bad about yourself sometimes, and I would suggest that if you don’t you’re very good at lying to yourself, and you’ve convinced yourself that you can not possibly cultivate any relevant change on this Earth.
I submit that that is a negative belief you keep buying into.
The pattern of failure deserves your immediate attention because “poor me” is not making you “great me”.
What comes around goes around and we perpetuate our own feelings of dismay, dissatisfaction, and disappointment by feeling helpless.
In a world, right now, of unlimited data, the answers are at your fingertips to helping you discover your demons and conquer them so there is no excuse for this behavior any longer.
Number 3 is the notion that action is required if change is going to occur.
You literally have to move your mind into thinking about an outcome you would personally like to achieve and then do it.
Laziness and procrastination are by-products of helplessness and you are not helpless.
You may “think” you are and that’s the issue… your thinking.
It’s so easy to not think that it becomes habitual, just remember if you are not thinking you are being dominated.
And if you are being dominated, you are part of the problem with the world.
Knee pain, back aches, neck aches, without any physical damage are resultant from helpless thinking and can be changed.
It takes effort, persistence, and a vision to alleviate those ills.
We are born into this world with unlimited power.
It’s true. Just seek and find this out for yourself.
Our free-will is precious indeed.
But to limit our power/ possibility, past generations of humanity have instituted restrictions on free-will.
And as a result of being born by Parents who were conditioned their whole lives into the habits of staying within the parameters of that box, fear of the chaos is driven home to the progeny, generation after generation.
It is a system of control on exactly where the free-will can extend to and this is morally wrong.
We are, as a result, coerced into blindly accepting this box as reality when it is not.
This box is a mental construct that imprisons consciousness from expanding into greater beyonds of imagination and possibility.
Adherence to, and complicity with human laws that promote this restriction of free-will is an individual choice.
There is no “common good” that restricts free-will by way of coercion, threat of violence, or duress.
It’s just a matter of fact.
The Imagination of Man and the Possibilities of where that CAN take us as a species is RIGHT NOW being controlled.
It is being controlled by the varying degrees upon which restrictions are placed upon us by Government and it really hits home because the jobs we go to work at everyday of the work week are under the command of this giant institution.
And WE OURSELVES enable that restriction by complying with those restrictions on an individual basis.
How are we ever to understand what is possible if we are mentally driven down the same road where we repeat the same mistakes over and over in a wash, rinse, repeat cycle?
People are so worried about things within this construct, this illusory system of control; sick over struggling to survive that they do not literally have the time or energy to seek after that which is genuine, authentic and true – that of which can literally save them from the clutches of tyranny, KNOWLEDGE.
We are not to abdicate our personal responsibility, in this regard, as individuals.
If we can sense grips of control that are opposite to what we know is right, it is our duty to not comply.
We are born to come to understand the operation of how nature actually operates and the laws that govern the whole also govern the individual component parts.
We are to learn by making mistakes INDIVIDUALLY to comprehend this.
If we are going to continue to create restrictions, say this is legal or that is legal because we fear chaos erupting, we are essentially stagnating the natural growth of the evolutionary possibility of where consciousness itself can transcend to.
Why is this not common knowledge?

A king who abdicates, renounces, or swears away his kingly privileges and duties.
This is YOU.
You are the KING/ QUEEN.
Here in America, the founders instituted the universal law that all human beings are sovereign kings/ queens over their own lives.
It is a universal truth and people are just now beginning to discover this truth very deeply.
You are only a victim so long as you bury your head in the sand leaving your buttocks exposed to the raping and pillaging it is going to get.
And once they are done with your rear-end and have no further use after it’s obliteration, it will be burned to ashes and forgotten.
The time is nigh to pull the head out of the proverbially sand and start paying attention to the barbarians tactics, tools, organization, strategies, and implementation.
2. To refuse to accept an obligation or responsibility: When the author agreed to edit the book, she was abdicating her contract when she suddenly quit without notice.

3. To proclaim or declare to be no longer one’s own, to disclaim, disown, cast off; especially, to disown or disinherit children: Gary Brown abdicated his responsibilities as a husband and father and never returned to be with his wife and children.
To no longer accept responsibility for your actions. To identify yourself as a victim.
To blame others for as to why you are behaving irresponsibly is still the total abdication of your rightful and true throne of Sovereign.
4. To give up (a right, trust, office, or dignity); to leave, to lay down, to surrender, to abandon; at first implying voluntary renunciation, but now including the idea of abandonment by default: Governments, both national and local, seem to be abdicating their responsibilities to provide a good education for all of their citizens by greatly reducing the financial expenditures that are needed.
When you do not possess the capacity to ACT responsibly, someone is going to step in and FORCE you.
For instance, if you cause harm to other sentient beings as you move through life, that is a selfish act and it is the responsibility of those of us who can see that for what it is, to correct that action.
Theft, murder, rape, invasion, violence… all acts of a puny little mind that has not grown up and in some cases, can not grow up.
Just because people like this do exist, such as in the case of born psychopaths, does not mean we must all lower our standards to accept this behavior as the norm.
It is not the norm, it is pathetic.
5. To abandon, to surrender, or to give up: Tom abdicated his responsibilities and left town.
You can not escape your duty. You can believe that you will be leaving your responsibilities behind but you will be lying to yourself.
We are BOUND to this obligation to the universal will whether anyone sees that clearly or not, you will ALWAYS relive that lesson no matter where you try to run and hide or escape to – because there is no hiding from it.

6. To leave one’s position, office, or power: Yielding to the pressure of public opinion, the president of the country is abdicating his political authority.
The outraged citizens forced the talk-show host to abdicate his radio program.
Now this is where we are calling on those who are currently in positions of so called “authority” to abdicate their “perceived” thrones and get with the program of equality of individuals rather than the common good of the “perceived” group.

Informed Consent
Informed Consent is a legal term and ethical principle that describes biological ethics, which was introduced after World War II.
It replaced the earlier medical attitudes that were founded on having implicit trust in a doctor’s decisions, and put patients in charge of their own care.
Informed Consent is the process for getting permission before involving that person in some kind of situation that impacts bodily health or wellbeing, usually related to medical research or clinical experiments, such as being informed of the potential risks of a therapy or drug, and giving informed consent before being provided with it.
Informed consent can be said to be given, when a person has been educated to understand the facts and considers the implication and possible consequences of an action, which will impact them.
Therefore the term informed consent is an ethical and legal principle in which a person exercises their right to gather more data for analysis and perform their own due diligence, to better understand the facts and consequences of making a choice that impacts them.
Informed consent is directly related to preserving a human beings right to self-ownership, autonomy and the prevention of abusive conduct.
However, a person may verbally agree to something from fear, perceived social pressure, or psychological difficulty in expressing true feelings.
A person may claim to understand the implications of some action, but in fact has failed to understand the possible consequences fully.
A legally defined valid informed consent has three components; disclosure of the information in a truthful way to make an autonomous decision, the mental capacity to comprehend the information and form reasonable judgments on the consequences, and the voluntary action to exercise decisions without external pressures such as coercion, manipulation and deception.
Thus, the three core principles of informed consent are important to understand as they correlate to the tipping point that must be reached for the human Collective Consciousness to be awakened into the thresholds of accepting the higher frequency reality.

Informed consent was implemented into the medical system when the scientific research conducted in Nazi Germany was discovered, and contained some of the worst human rights abuses and crimes made against humanity.
This is an important distinction, to connect the creation of the informed consent culture in our society, to the actions behind the Nazi Black Sun agendas.
This timeline is when the silent weapons for quiet wars was declared in collaboration, with some of the off planet breakaways and the extradimensional parasites.
The same Controller factions are busy destroying informed consent in every way possible today and distracting the masses to ignore its deeper meaning, which is to serve and protect personal autonomy.
The Nuremberg code was established in 1949, for the purpose of developing standards by which to judge the Nazi scientists and doctors during the Nuremberg trials.
The Nuremberg Code states that all who are participating in such an experiment are required to give voluntary consent that is free of coercion, fraud, duress or deceit. Informed consent is an extremely important marker for guiding the ethical principles necessary to the creation of a humanitarian based society, and is relevant in all segments of society impacting human rights, sexual ethics, business ethics, bio-tech ethics and political ethics.
It is the primary ethical principle and philosophy to prevent rampant corruption that harbors abusive conduct that allows lies, deceit, intimidation and partial disclosure of the facts that innately steal away the consent of the people.

Peace Officers
Your Public Servants include all oath-bound Officers of the Law.
Most frontline “Police Officers”, however, perform two roles:
As Peace Officers they uphold the law, discharging their impartial duties under Oath “according to law”, which is the de jure Common Law Jurisdiction, also known as the “Law of the Land”.
They swear to “keep the peace”, by doing their best to keep people and their property safe from harm. They are protected by a Public Bond, having Limited liability.
They have Common Law powers (Constitutional) delegated by the People.
As Policy Officers they enforce statutes, which prescribe the legal terms and conditions of contracts with penalties etc., in the de facto Admiralty Maritime Jurisdiction, also known as the “Law of the Sea”.
They do NOT swear an Oath to
“enforce statutes” in commerce,
and are NOT protected by a
Public Bond, having
Unlimited full commercial liability.
They have Corporate powers (Contractual) which are subject to Consent.

“Police Officers” enforcing statutes in legal fiction commerce have NO JURISDICTION over any living man or woman unless that man or woman consents to that jurisdiction.

The police cannot stop you, question you, detain you, arrest you, search you, or charge you, without your consent, if there is no victim.

THE TWO BASIC TYPES

1. Consensual, in which you are free to leave at any time.
2. Detention/Seizure/Arrest, in which you are held
by “an assertion of authority”, or by physical restraint,
against your will.
In any detention/seizure/arrest the “Peace Officer/Constable” MUST have “probable cause” and/or a “reasonable suspicion” that you are committing, or are about to commit, a CRIME against a victim.
The accuser bears the burden of proof to reasonably establish your CRIME.
In any detention/seizure/arrest the “Police Officer” MUST establish that you are “acting” in “joinder” to an artificial legal “person” NAME created by the State and controlled by prescribed statutes.
The Officer bears the burden of establishing your informed and voluntary CONSENT.
No “Police Officer” is vested with the Common Law power (Constabulary power)
to randomly detain or arrest you for the purpose of asking questions.
“[Police Officers] have no power whatever to arrest or detain a citizen for the purpose of questioning him or of facilitating their investigations.

You have the Right not to be “arbitrarily” stopped, detained or arrested [by chance, whim, or impulse].
There must be an “articulable” and “reasonable suspicion” that you are involved in a CRIME against a VICTIM, and a WITNESS [can be a “Peace Officer”] with first-hand knowledge and evidence who is willing to write an affidavit under penalty of perjury and full commercial liability, making the accusation of the crime.

Registration: When you “register” yourself, you “record formally and exactly… in a list or the like,” with a Registrar. A “registrar” is “an officer who has the custody and charge of keeping of a registry or register.” What really is a “registry?” “Generally, a ‘registry’ applies to vessels in foreign commerce……”
When we register ourselves, we have recreated ourselves as vessels in foreign commerce.
Flag: Everything moving in commerce is a vessel: space ships, satellites, sea-going ships, planes, busses, automobiles, the mails, persons and believe it or not – contracts.
Just as a ship must fly a flag to designate its nationality/laws of contract, your paperwork needs to display a flag in order to establish who you are and what law you will use to contract.
Stamp: All vessels charge
a freight fee to deliver their cargo.
Likewise we must pay a freight fee as the authority to deliver our cargo, i.e.: the paperwork we send needs to have a stamp on it.
The paper is the vessel, the words are the cargo, the flag designates the law and the stamp shows that we have paid the fee to deliver our cargo.

Registered: Use registered mail to identify your vessel. This places your document/vessel into international law and gives it recognition in international commerce.
This is another assertion that you are in fact foreign to the jurisdiction they are trying to place you under. This number now becomes the case number for any and all paperwork related to the first document sent.

that is not recognized in international law,
it is a pirate flag.
Anything attached to a Title 4 USC 1, 2 Flag (i.e.: gold fringe) mutilates the Flag and under Title 4 USC 3 carries a one-year prison term.
The gold fringe is an added color and represents “color of law” when placed upon the Title 4 USC Flag.
The fringe is a mutilation; it suspends the Constitution and establishes “color of law.”
The gold-fringed flag that utilizes color of law and portends to be the American flag is NOT the American flag of peace.
It is a pirate flag and it is your warning as to whom/what you are about to do business with.
Army Regulation 260-10 states that the gold fringe may be used only on regimental “colors,” the President’s flag, for a military courts martial and for the flags used at military recruiting centers.
Courts: The flag in court is the court’s advertisement of the laws governing their contracts.
If you do not wish to contract with these courts, then jurisdiction must be challenged.
In order to correctly challenge jurisdiction you must remember [Girty vs. Logan, 6 Bush KY 8] which states: “It is an elementary rule of pleading, that a plea to the jurisdiction is a tacit admission that the court has a right to judge in the case and is a waiver to all exception to the jurisdiction.”
Which means that if you plea – you have waived your rights to challenge jurisdiction.
And when the judge attempts to enter a plea for you and says that the state statutes allow him to do so, tell him NO, that he cannot practice law from the bench and that he is not your attorney and you do not give him permission to act on your behalf!

1787 – Constitution: Article One,
Section 8: Grants to congress this authority:
“To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the State in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful Buildings…”
The District to which this section refers to was later to become Washington, District of Columbia (Washington D.C).
It is important to note that this District is not inclusive to the Republic.
That is, it is not inside the Republic, it is outside (an Exclusive Jurisdiction).
It is by virtue of this that laws for this jurisdiction do not generally meet, nor have any obligation to meet, constitutional restrictions or limitations.
In other words, Congress may make any law it wishes for this jurisdiction without regard for constitutionality.
And they have done so.
In effect, this gives Congress a dual character. In one capacity, they can make law for the Republic of the united States of America, as long as it meets constitutional requirements.
In the other capacity, they can make laws for the District of Columbia.
1868 – The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. Generally most people view this as the amendment which freed the slaves, who, up to this time, were denied standing in court due to lack of citizenship status.
The status of United States citizenship, which is mentioned for the first time here in law, and provided by this Amendment, gains its existence in the laws of the District, and it is in this jurisdiction that this citizenship rests, not in the Republic.
The citizen of the Republic is the State Citizen, since the several States retained their independent nation status even with the signing of the Constitution.
That is why the constitution clearly states the relationship of the several states as a UNION.
Therefore a United States citizen would be subject to the laws of the District as well as the Republic.
In 1871 Congress exercised its exclusive legislative authority over the District and created a government for this jurisdiction.
It is a corporation, municipal in nature, but still a corporation.
The actual language reads as follows:
“That all that part of the territory of the United States included within the limits of the District of Columbia be, and the same is hereby, created into a government by the name of the District of Columbia, by which name it is hereby constituted a body corporate for municipal purposes..” – 16 United States Statutes at Large 419; FORTY FIRST CONGRES SESSION III, CHAPTER 62, 1871

This means that when you claim to be a U.S Citizen you are claiming to be a citizen of the corporation, aka an “employee”.

Did you sign up to have your country get 1 million new immigrants in a single year, when there’s already massive housing, healthcare, and social program shortages?
Only to watch those newcomers receive better benefits than Canadian pensioners, and military veterans?
Did you sign up to have your Premier tell you that you should let some of their new voters stay in your spare bedroom?
Did you sign up to have the government tell you what to think; drive, eat, buy, and even what fucking straw you can suck on a milkshake with?
